Our values

At Trowers, our values are central to everything we do. They underpin our strong culture and guide the way we do things and the way we interact with others.  Engaging the whole firm in helping us to define and shape our values has reaffirmed for us the incredible degree of alignment we enjoy at Trowers. This shared understanding of our values across all of our offices confirms that we are pulling in the same direction, for the benefit of our clients, our external stakeholders and our people.

It is important to us that all of our people are seen to be living our values.  In particular, we consider our leaders to be role models and ambassadors and look to them to lead, support, and encourage others in a way that is consistent with our positive, inclusive culture. This is why our first priority in embedding our values has been to include them in the performance frameworks for our equity partners.
