  • Mark Kenkre, Partner, Litigation, who will help you identify and manage the risks posed by the rise in targeted cyber crime and fraud;
  • Claire Larbey, General Counsel and Head of Risk, who will take you through the regulatory requirements around working from home, focusing on data protection and confidentiality, so that you have an understanding of your obligations under the GDPR; and
  • Nicola Ihnatowicz, Partner, Employment, who will give some practical legal tips on managing a hybrid workforce and the common issues your organisation may face in connection with this.

Emma Holden, Global Head of HR at Schroders in conversation with Nicola Ihnatowicz who will share some of the challenges that Schroders has encountered during the last six months, the ways in which it has been responding to these and how it is adapting the business for a flexible future.
