How can we help you?

With a change in government, there was some uncertainty as to whether the regulations proposed in the consultation on Awaab's Law by the previous administration would be implemented. However, given the King's Speech promising to extend the protection offered by these provisions to private renters, it is safe to say that the uncertainty has gone.

In this webinar, our speakers Dorota Pawlowski and Faye Craggs, will take you through what the Consultation envisaged would be in the regulations and in particular, the seven proposals put forward. Dorota and Faye will also address how registered providers should prepare for the forthcoming changes.

There will then be time for questions at the end.
