Our panel of experts and guest speakers discussed the complex nature of estate regeneration, the common issues delivering estate regeneration schemes and a number of factors local authorities need to consider; from meaningful consultation and choice of the optimum delivery mechanism, through to considering the decarbonisation obligations in order to meet the UK government's target to Net Zero by 2050.
