Dispute resolution and litigation partner Ned Beale has published the updated Westlaw Topic guide "Arbitration: Enforcement".
The guide deals with all aspects of enforcing arbitration awards in the England & Wales, including last week's Court of Appeal judgment General Dynamics UK v Libya [2019] EWCA Civ 1110.
