Sharron Webster, partner in the Real Estate team at International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been appointed as the firm's new head of diversity & inclusion.
The firm's diversity and inclusion programme, TrowersIncludes is an integral part of the core ethos at Trowers bringing together a network of groups and initiatives. These include age, ethnicity, gender, work and family, LGBTQ+, social mobility, religion and belief, and physical and mental wellbeing. Diverse by nature, they are united in their mission to spread the word about the positive impact of diversity.
Sharron takes over as head of diversity and inclusion from Helen Randall.
