Hannah Copley-King
Hannah is a Chartered Legal Executive in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate Commercial department, and is based in our London office.
Hannah qualified with the firm in February 2023, and her work covers all types of Corporate transactions, including company share sales and purchases, business and asset sales and purchases and private equity investments. Hannah also advises on corporate governance and day-to-day company secretarial matters to support clients in their activities.
During her time with the firm, Hannah has worked for clients in a variety of sectors ranging from transport to recruitment and has particular experience working for clients in the healthcare and education sectors.
Hannah has also undertaken several client secondments and a secondment to our Innovation and Legal Technology Team. Hannah now sits on the Innovation Advisory Committee, championing innovation, reviewing new technologies and contributing ideas and solutions to provide the best service for our clients.
