Mike McMahon

Mike is a corporate lawyer, working in the firm's Birmingham office. Mike advises private companies and their funders on all aspects of corporate law. He specialises in advising owner-managed businesses and family businesses. He helps clients with mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, venture-capital and private-equity investments and group reorganisations as well as helping with the exit (in whatever form that takes) that allows the owners to realise the fruits of their hard work.

Mike also advises management teams and venture capital and private equity funders on venture capital and private equity transactions and has extensive experience drafting and advising on shareholders agreements and articles of association and providing general company law advice.
