Edward Rees


Edward is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation department, specialising in commercial disputes.

Edward advises on a range of commercial litigation matters, including public law, aviation, education disputes as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. He has experience of judicial review, procurement disputes and contentious data protection matters. He also regularly advises organisations on non-contentious matters such as information law and the Anti-Money Laundering regime.

He acts for clients in High Court proceedings, multi-jurisdictional arbitration, Tribunals as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures.
