Subhana Anhu
Subhana joined Trowers & Hamlins in November 2015. She has dealt with contentious housing management matters since November 2014, having acted for both landlords and tenants in the private and public sector.
Subhana assists clients on a range of housing management queries including possession proceedings and injunction applications for anti-social behaviour, gas safety issues, disrepair and proceedings against freeholders and leaseholders for service charge arrears.
Subhana regularly appears before District Judges for emergency applications, including without notice injunction proceedings for anti-social behaviour.
