Eleanor Clot
Eleanor is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Employment department, based in the firm's London office.
Eleanor collaborates across the firm's UK offices on a range of employment matters including termination negotiations, investigations, GDPR, redundancies, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Eleanor's contentious work involves representing employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Eleanor spent 7 years in the drone industry advising on drone regulations and is the lead co-author of "A Practical Guide to Drone Law," a book designed to navigate the rapidly developing legal and regulatory landscape governing both commercial and recreational drone use. Eleanor draws on her specialist drone background to support the firm's aviation team.
