Ruby advises lenders in respect of their security relating to purchases and refinances secured over all manner of real estate assets including commercial, residential, development and mixed-use properties.
She has represented a variety of banks and institutional lenders in a range of secured lending transactions. She is also responsible for performing all necessary due dligence on behalf of the lending institution for the acquisition of properties as well as refinance transactions.
