On Friday 10 June our cross sector experts were joined by guest speaker Lindsay Maguire, Head of Engagement for Procurement Reform at the Cabinet Office, for a webinar on the upcoming Procurement Bill.
The speakers explored the Procurement Bill and provided insights on the new regime, including the new procurement procedures, procurement tools, debarment issues, transparency obligations, remedies and the National Procurement Policy Statement.
