International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has recruited partner Stuart Mathews to the Corporate team in Exeter.
Stuart specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals and brings a vast array of experience across different sectors. He has a wealth of experience in handling joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganisations and LLP and partnership arrangements matters as well as advising corporate and individual clients at a regional, national and international level.
A qualified lawyer of 17 years, Stuart joins Trowers from Kitsons LLP and is described by clients in Chambers and Legal 500 directories as 'an excellent lawyer, pragmatic and highly knowledgeable.'
