International law firm, Trowers & Hamlins, has published its third annual Responsible Business Report.
The new report highlights the firm's commitment to sustainability as part of its growth strategy and fully addressing the responsible business agenda that is becoming increasingly important to both employees and clients.
Commenting on the launch of the report, Senior Partner Sara Bailey said:
"As we enter into the third year since the launch of our responsible business strategy, I am pleased to report that progress is being made across all areas of the firm.
"This year we have been able to take a more data-driven approach so that we can really understand and show the areas where we are progressing and identify the work that still needs to be done. There are so many exciting things happening at Trowers and through our Responsible Business Report we are able to showcase the work of our employees and highlight some of our many pro bono and social impact initiatives.
"I hope this report shows how far we have come in three years though we know there is still so much more to do. The next challenge is to ensure that we keep momentum as we work towards our 2026 targets."
The report is split into six sections: How we do business, People, Social impact, Sustainability, Client service and an interview with Senior Partner, Sara Bailey. These sections are brought to life through a series of interviews and commentary from key Trowers employees, as well as shining a light on the many initiatives that staff across the firm have been involved in over the past year.
