How can we help you?

Join us as we take you through a live mock Employment Tribunal.

Organisations are seeing a steep rise in Employment Tribunal claims being made in 2022 for discrimination, with a significant increase in Employment Tribunal cases related to disability discrimination and alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments. The risk of litigation on any topic is a headache for employers and managers.

Understanding the process and demystifying what's involved can help make HR professionals and employees feel more confident in handling potential disputes.

Ever wondered what it is like to be part of the proceedings in an Employment Tribunal claim?

We will be running a mock Employment Tribunal event, free of charge, across all of our office locations in November. Aimed at FDs, MDs, Managers and HR personnel, these sessions give you real insight and understanding of how employment tribunal hearings work, and the steps you can take beforehand to avoid litigation.

It will be interactive with various participants, including the Claimant, the Respondents' witnesses together with looking at real evidence and paperwork. As many tribunals are now fully hybrid with claimants and respondents appearing virtually we will also be incorporating virtual witnesses during this mock tribunal. You will get full insight into understanding how risk is created, avoiding being in Tribunal in the first place and, understanding the financial implications of a claim to help commercial decision making.

The session will give you an opportunity to see how Employment Tribunal proceedings unfold in practice and the relevance of unintentional evidence. As part of the event, we will produce a short guide with useful tips on how to protect your organisations against claims and the pitfalls to avoid along the way.

We hope very much that you will be able to join us. We are limiting places to two from each organisation.

To register your interest for one of our mock tribunals, please select your preferred location. We will confirm your place ahead of the event.
