How can we help you?

In the drive to attract and retain the best talent, the benefits of building an inclusive, authentic and engaging workplace are clear.

The inclusion survey we published last year highlighted that, whilst 80% of organisations reported inclusion as being a focus area, most were still in the early stages of developing strategy. The survey also confirmed that, with each employer being different with a different set of inclusivity goals, the lack of fixed playbook can prove challenging.

We're here to support you. Last year our Trowers Tuesday 'Summer of Inclusivity' received huge amounts of positive feedback and engagement – so much so that we are bringing it back for 2023! We'll be sharing legal insights and thought leadership on the key issues we've been discussing with HR and people professionals, in-house counsel and other business leaders.

11 July – Creating a family friendly culture for parents and would-be parents

The pressures faced by parents and would-be parents in today's working world, including the current cost of living crisis, can have a negative impact on performance and wellbeing. We'll be sharing tips on how to create an environment that supports employees at every stage of their journey and offers practical help for individual challenges.

As ever, you'll have the opportunity to ask us your burning questions live and we'll be joined by guest speakers who will share their own experiences and tips. So please bring your colleagues and join us -  we'd love to see you there!
