Continuing this month's theme of workplace culture, Nicola Ihnatowicz, Stephanie Taylor and Emma Burrows will be joined this week by guest speaker, Jenny Hemmings from Midland Heart, to discuss sickness culture and how to change it.
The team will be discussing how to manage and change an unhealthy sickness culture, including examples of innovative measures we have seen employers take, and top tips on strategy for ushering changes in.
They will be pleased to answer your questions submitted beforehand and during the session.
