Considering organisational change can be a daunting process, particularly in the current financial climate, but successful change can lead to increased efficiency and profit, and ultimately a more positive workplace.
John Turnbull and Nicola Ihnatowicz will be joined by Pria Rai, executive director at Save the Children specialising in organisation effectiveness and transformation, to provide an engaging conversation on how to make positive changes, including tips on how to successfully reorganise teams and undertake redundancy processes.
They'll be discussing how best to avoid employment issues when making changes to your organisational structure, and looking at how to minimise workforce disruption, the concept of fire and rehire and how best to identify redeployment opportunities.
As always, you'll have the opportunity to ask the panel your burning questions in advance of the session or live during the discussion itself.
