How can we help you?

We are so happy to see our Trowers Tuesday 'Summer of Inclusivity' grow and develop every year.

We love listening to the views of our engaged community (which also grows each year!) and watching our expert panels spark ideas and debate on a range of inclusion-focused topics. So, by popular demand, we're delighted to say that we are extending our summer series in 2024 to bring you even more content and knowledge sharing. We'll be kicking off with a spotlight on how to manage 'culture war' situations in the workplace, which is something that employers of all shapes and sizes tell us they are grappling with at the moment:

  • 4 June – Intergenerational working  - Sign up using the link on the right
  • 11 June – Beliefs - Sign up link coming soon
  • 9 July – Hybrid workingSign up link coming soon

Later in the series, we'll be moving on to discussions aimed at supercharging your inclusion strategy and practices across key areas such as recruitment and talent, leave and benefits, L&D and leadership. Watch this space for more!

In each session, our Trowers team will be sharing legal insights and thought leadership on the key issues we've been discussing with HR and people professionals, in-house counsel and other business leaders. You'll have the opportunity to ask your burning questions live and we'll be joined by fabulous guest speakers along the way who will be speaking about their own experiences and tips. Please invite your colleagues and join us -  we'll see you there.
