How can we help you?

This week on Trowers Tuesday we're celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week and we're delighted to be joined by Metz Acres, Associate Director of HR and Wellbeing at the Mental Health Foundation.

Metz will join the panel along with partner Nicola Ihnatowicz to discuss how employers can support employee mental health and get involved with Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week this year is "Movement: Moving more for our mental health" so why not pop in your headphones and take the Trowers Tuesday community for a walk!

This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
