We invited experts in environmental, social and governance issues to consider the application of ESG to the office sector and the difficulties in measuring social value as part of an office investment strategy.
We asked our speakers for their views on a variety of themes including current best practice, how to entrench ESG factors into investment decisions, net zero targets and the fundamentals that prospective office tenants are now demanding. The panel also considered valuing returns from the application of ESG principles, and the impact of environmental ratings on market practice.
