Continuing our discussion about The Great Resignation, this week we were joined by Gera Patel, Partner at Campbell Tickell. We talked about remuneration and incentives. Gera leads Campbell Tickell's recruitment business and her specialisms include selection and recruitment, and all aspects of reward. She was joined on the panel by Trowers & Hamlins' partner Nicola Ihnatowicz (employment) and senior associate Deborah Shumate (pensions).
Together they talked about how employers can stand out in a competitive recruitment field, using all aspects of remuneration to be attractive, flexible benefits, tailoring your offer on incentives to different generations, mitigating the risk of equal pay claims, and the impact of the pandemic on remuneration and reward.
