As an example, The City of London Corporation have recently been reported to be considering how they plan to use a mixture of new schemes and refurbishments of old building to meet their housing targets.
A panel of experts shared their views and predictions on whether office to resi conversion is such a new concept, whether it would provide the answer to increase housing targets and what the future looks like for inner city commercial districts.
