During this webinar, we considered the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (briefly) and (more substantially) the current law regarding some of the facets of privacy management programmes including: the conduct of Data Protection Impact Assessments and the challenges faced by organisations when working out their own internal data protection protocols and policies (for example, about data retention policies).
