Whilst the cost of living crisis continues, more employees are looking for additional income by taking on second jobs or undertaking their own entrepreneurial activities outside of their employment. We discussed:
- How employers can manage employees who take on such additional work;
- Issues that employers should consider such as reputational issues; competition; the Working Time Regulations 1998; productivity and so on;
- What steps employers can take to protect their position going forwards.
