Whilst the Renters Reform Bill has been widely discussed since it was first published in May 2023, there has been little coverage on the specific impacts the Bill may have on social landlords.
Dorota Pawlowski and Faye Craggs, both of Trowers & Hamlins, were joined by Jane Talbot, Barrister and Deputy Head of the Housing Team at St Ives Chambers to discuss the proposed reforms which are currently in the Renters Reform Bill and how these might impact social landlords.
