Part of our being an efficient employer of the future series.
The number of employees aged over 65 has been steadily increasing over the past thirty years. This brings opportunities for employers of all shapes and sizes.
John Turnbull and Stephanie Taylor were joined by James Gill, Head of Agency Development and Market Education at LinkedIn, to provide insight into how employers can engage and retain older employees. They discussed positive action, upskilling, reverse mentoring and age irrelevance. They also looked at examples of age discrimination.
