Due to the economic pressures facing businesses and changing legal landscape, restructuring is a hot topic for our clients. At last week's Trowers Tuesday, 70% of businesses who were proposing to make changes to T&Cs said they were more likely to accelerate those changes due to the impact of the forthcoming Employment Rights Bill. Change is everywhere and we are seeing an increase in queries on restructures.
