If nothing else, procurement reform has been a fantastic conversation starter across the public and private sectors over the past 5 years and has provided a platform on which all of the benefits and potential of good procurement has been showcased. New, collaborative relationships have developed and the communication and dialogue that has taken place through the communities of practice and beyond has highlighted how central procurement is to the health and vibrancy of organisations who together represent over £400 billion worth of spend per annum.

The new rules emphasise the role procurement has to play in producing good commercial outcomes for buyers and suppliers alike and we have helped clients rise to meet the new demands of the reformed system within a fast-evolving commercial world.
