International law firm Trowers & Hamlins is advising housing association the Hyde Group on their strategic joint venture with Barratt London, for the development of 1,150 homes in Harrow.
Harrow View East is a 30-acre site within the ‘Heart of Harrow’, which the council has identified as a key area for the regeneration of the borough. Formerly Kodak Industrial Complex, the site already has outline planning permission for a large-scale development.
The firm advised the Hyde Group on the formation of the LLP and associated agreements with Barratt London. They also acted jointly for Barratt London and the Hyde Group on the acquisition of the site.
