International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has recruited partner Paul Scott to its dispute resolution and litigation team in Birmingham.
Paul is a construction litigation specialist, with significant adjudication, arbitration and litigation experience. He has a track record of delivering successful outcomes in contentious construction matters, with significant recent experience complex and high value 'post-Grenfell' cladding claims; professional negligence actions; and subcontractor disputes.
Well known in the Midlands property and construction market, Paul is noted as a 'Rising Star' by the Legal 500.
A qualified lawyer of twelve years, Paul joins Trowers from Gateley.
