Trowers partner Theresa Mohammed has been appointed as the new Chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Dispute Resolution Appointments Board.

RICS Dispute Resolution Service is the world’s oldest and largest provider of alternative dispute resolution services in the land, property and construction industries. The Dispute Resolution Service is the division of RICS responsible for providing conflict avoidance and resolution services throughout the world with focus on the built environment sector. The Service is overseen by the Dispute Resolution Appointments Board which then reports to the Standards and Regulation Board.

Theresa commented:
