Trowers & Hamlins has advised on the sale of Hale International to Oxford Global Resources, a leading provider of specialty staffing and consulting services in the United States and Europe.
Hale International is a premium staffing solutions firm that specialises in providing Workday® professionals to organisations across the United States. The acquisition will enable Oxford to access Workday® Professional Services Automation, which allows organisations to access staff resources with capabilities encompassing the full lifecycle of solutions, including new installations, post-live support, and ongoing maintenance.
Trowers acted for the selling shareholders.
The Trowers team was led by Corporate Partners Paul Ellaby and Steven Raize with support from Max Ankers (Corporate), Mel List (Tax), Anna Beckett (Banking) and Danielle Ingham and Olivia Henry who handled the employment aspects of the deal.
