Trowers & Hamlins has advised the shareholders of TritonExec on the sale of the company to Hirewell Inc., a US corporation backed by multinational technology corporation, Prytek Holdings PTE Ltd.
Founded in 2011, TritonExec is an global executive search firm that specialises in leadership hiring for professional and tech services and fintech clients.
They have a unique approach to helping clients scale at pace, prioritising client and candidate experience through curated white glove events, reducing time to hire, while cutting costs at scale.
The sale bolsters Prytek's HR technology services portfolio and furthers its mission of building a tech-enabled, end to end talent solutions ecosystem.
Corporate Partners Steven Raize and Ian Dobinson led the deal with support from Senior Associate Saerim Kim and other specialists across the firm, including from areas such as data protection, employment and pensions, IP, IT and tax.
