International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised long standing client, Rasmala Investment Bank Limited in relation to their acquisition of 116 Chancery Lane, a recently converted office to luxury residential property in the heart of Westminster, next to the Royal Courts of Justice. This freehold property is the latest addition to Rasmala's Living portfolio, Generation Living Solutions Fund.

The deal involved sharia compliant debt from BLME led by Banking Partner Simon Valner with his Islamic Finance team together with assistance from planning and construction teams given the recent redevelopment of the Grade II listed property.
