Trowers & Hamlins has advised the family shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of JS2 Investments Limited, parent company of Datasharp UK Limited to Focus 4 U Ltd, a member of the Focus Group.
Datasharp is a successful South West business headquartered in Truro, Cornwall and delivers business solutions and customer service through the provision of IT, print, connectivity and telephony services with over 40 years' experience in the industry.
Corporate Partner, Lynne Rathbone, led the Trowers team, comprising lawyers from multiple specialisms including Corporate (Associates Jon Holloway and Luke Cummings), Real Estate (Senior Associate Kelly Brown and Associate Ellice Sparks), and Employment (Partner John Turnbull and Senior Associate Tom Stephenson). The deal completed with financial and taxation advice from Mark Neath, Scott Hill and Shona Eustace of Old Mill Accountants.
