International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has acted as the English and UAE counsel to Injazat Data Systems in relation to a secured term loan facility availed from Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC.
Injazat now operates under the brand Core42, a leading digital transformation provider which offers a vast array of technological capabilities and solutions that enable the delivery of Enterprise AI and national-scale AI programs.
Trowers advised on the banking aspects of the transaction, which completed on 21 February 2024. The matter involved reviewing and negotiating the finance documents and providing the necessary legal opinions.
The Trowers team comprised Elias Moubarak (Partner), Nicol Ong (Partner), Phoebe Lim (Associate), Rashi Jain (Associate) and Molly Robertson (Trainee Solicitor).
