Jeremy Hunt


Jeremy has worked in the real estate sector for over 20 years and specialises in providing property advice on large residential regeneration projects and joint ventures, large mixed-use development schemes and the acquisition and leasing of property.

He also leads on large scale portfolio transactions and stock swaps. Recently he has been involved in a number of investor transactions and he co-leads the firms investment and development team in London as well as leading the residential portfolio transactions team.

His clients include housing associations, local authorities, private developers and investors in the residential sector.

Recent significant investment property work includes leading the team that advised the Hyde Group on its strategic partnership with M&G which will lead to the development of £500 million new affordable homes together with the £61 million initial sale to M&G.

On the portfolio transactions side he led the Trowers & Hamlins team in advising Paradigm Housing on the affordable housing sector's largest ever stock swap involving a transfer of 2,500 homes to and from the Guinness Partnership with a transaction value in excess of £300 million.

Jeremy was named a leading lawyer in Social Housing by The Legal 500 2018 and is named by Chambers & Partners as a notable and ranked practitioner in the field of social housing.
