Shirin Pishbin

Since arriving in Bahrain, Shirin has assisted with various large scale projects including the Bahrain Affordable Housing PPP and the Kuwait Low-Cost Housing PPP Project; and development projects such as Diyar Al Muharraq, Riffa Views, Canal View in Dilmunia and Water Garden City. This has included community management structuring in light of the new legal framework for joint ownership in Bahrain. She also assisted in the establishment of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Bahrain. Shirin was a leading member of the team advising Bahrain Airport Company on the concession agreements for the new international airport terminal in Bahrain.

Shirin graduated in 2009 from the University of Bristol, followed by a master's degree at SOAS, University of London in 2010. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury and was admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales in October 2015.
