Our last TUPEfest session is aimed at anyone who needs to understand how TUPE fits into any form of procurement process, in particular People, BD and Procurement professionals.
We'll be joined by another special guest, Rebecca Rees, partner specialising in public procurement, and we'll be getting into the commercial and strategic issues that come up when handling TUPE from a client, incumbent and bidder perspective.
