TUPE came into force from 1 February 1982 and has spent the last 40 years giving People professionals (and employment lawyers!) lots to talk about.
This session will go back to basics on TUPE and serve as a refresher. This will be perfect for anyone new to TUPE, or anyone in need of a reminder of the key legal principles and risks when handling or planning for a TUPE transfer.
