How can we help you?

Trowers & Hamlins are pleased to invite you to our Delivering Decarbonisation Masterclass. This is the second in a series of SHDF webinars that will focus on funding, project delivery and asset management.

With up to £800 million of funding available, bidders are awaiting the grant awards under Wave 2.1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). In this webinar we will discuss:

  • PAS 2035 roles and requirements in delivery.
  • How to structure your SHDF delivery contracts
  • Pinch points in contractor negotiations
  • Consortium approaches –what needs to be documented
