Join Emma Burrows, Vanessa James and Elizabeth Mulley to discuss reports of a record increase in employee fraud convictions over the last 12 months.
We will consider the different types of fraud, from the most serious and complex examples to the more pedestrian examples such as stationary theft and address the processes and policies that the employer needs to adopt.
Employers also have various obligations to protected the business/organisation from fraud losses and so will discuss those obligations, the importance of governance and the risks to employers who do not take sufficient steps to protect the business from fraud losses. We will also consider the challenges of recovery of fraud losses from a litigation perspective.
This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.
