With a palpable drop off in development in recent months both For-Profit and Not-for Profit Registered Providers have turned their attention to the acquisition or sale of portfolios of tenanted housing to drive efficiency and aid the improvement of living conditions for residents. The market is alive with such transactions though not all are identical.
Progressing these large transactions efficiently whilst continuing business as usual and addressing changing areas such as grant and consents, data sharing, compliance and fire safety will be the focus of our two free to attend in-person seminars in Manchester on 9 July and London on 10 July.
The events are aimed at members of senior teams at housing associations of all types, local authorities, investors in the sector and members of asset management teams charged with delivering such transactions.
These half day events will be held in our Manchester office on Tuesday 9 July at 1.15pm and London office on Wednesday 10 July at 2.30pm with refreshments and good opportunities for networking at both events.
The programmes will cover:
- Changing areas – grant and consents, data sharing and compliance
- Challenges and issues – maximising value and chargeability
- Transacting differently – local authorities, FPRPs and swaps
- Innovation and AI
