Seminar: Consumer standards

Join us for a seminar on consumer standards in conjunction with Campbell Tickell.

The sessions will provide a fantastic opportunity for attendees to:

• hear from senior executives, board members and from customers from across a range of Registered Providers (RPs) who have participated in the first wave of the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) integrated inspections,
• understand how integrated and consumer inspections regime differs from In Depth Assessments (IDAs),
• consider how to ready your organisations for inspections and;
• review the impact of the new Consumer Standards on your governance arrangements.
