International law firm, Trowers & Hamlins has advised digital transformation specialist, Proventeq, and its co-founders, on a multi-million pound investment from private equity house, BGF, which is set to fuel Proventeq's growth across the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East.

Proventeq Limited is a leading provider of cloud transformation and intelligent information management solutions, with subsidiaries in the United States, the Middle East and India. The investment from BGF will drive further growth for the company as it aims to capitalise on opportunities in data security, compliance, and AI solutions over the coming years.
