Solicitors from our Construction team will be providing a two-part session on the current issues and developments with Building Safety, spanning a summary of 2024 and recent changes. We will provide some thoughts on the practical impact upon projects and timetabling and drafting for building safety in contracts.
On the contentious side, we will discuss the length of liability, risks of non-compliance, enforcement and building liability orders.
There will be time free for a Q&A session at the end and there will be plenty of opportunity for networking before and after the session.
