Our speakers discussed whether we are creating attractive workplaces for candidates and in particular whether we are creating inclusive workplaces. We looked at both what employers can do to improve their attractiveness and create inclusive and diverse spaces to work, and look at some of the legal ways in which you can attract more diverse and inclusive candidates.
