In addition to our I&L transactional and advisory work we have been also focussing on the following:
BPF Committee - As part of our appointment to the BPF industrial committee we engaged on current trends promoting the sector at a government level, with a focus on employment. Sam Folley sat in on the BPF presentation to PINS (around 70 inspectors), which focussed on the importance of logistics to the economy at both regional and national level.
Events – In March we attended the annual UK Warehousing Association conference and MIPIM. There are a number of upcoming events in the Spring (May in particular) where you will be able to find us; including UKREiiF and the Property Week I&L conference (16 May).
Client bespoke quarterly bulletins - we have continued to prepare quarterly client-specific bulletins for our key I&L clients, focussing on relevant case law changes or lessons learnt from complex document negotiations.
